I wonder, if you look at the upper left and right portions of the second set of mesh you will see that each side has a aluminum or plastic (didnt probe mine yet) things that look like they just block air.
Does anyone know what they are? Its too late for me to go outside and check, but ill shine a light on em in the morning. Is it a bumper mount or something??? I know the intercooler goes really higher than you can see, and the black things look to be blocking a portion of it and a portion goin into the front of the car.

That's your bumper beam. The rest of the two smaller holes where you can see through the bumper to the intercooler is the location of two passthrough holes in that beam.
