I noticed a lot of the uk 9's I google have the 'evolution IX' badge right below the body line, as where the 8's have it above. Kinda wondering where I should put my 9 badge

huh? it should be above the crease in the trunk

^ when i had mine i just bought a red vinyl cut squares big enough to go over each diamond, placed it over the diamonds and used a razor blade to cut it perfectly... cost me $2

so instead of doing the nose chop like everyone else is doing on the 8s i decided just to mold in the emblem since i painted my car and im very happy with it.

Whered you pick up the red vinyl for $2? And how did it hold up over time?

At first, I also couldn't justify CF hood and nose chopped until this happened:


So I got this and had nose chopped and......lots more. This particular CF hood weighs "almost" the same as stock but costs a lot less. I also have a plan to have it painted stock with a bit of CF showing when I get tired of the look.

When I google uk evo 9's, majority, if not all of the ones that have euro plates have the badges below the body line, unlike the 8's. I dunno?

the UK 7s and 8s are above, and most if not all 9s are below
