Added pics of Turbo Mirage on Page 2!


I'm finally getting around to putting up pics of my car. I have had it since February. I bought it from a 63 year old guy down in GA. He had bought the car for his grandson as a present if he went to college. The kid didn't wind up going to college, so his grandpa sold the car. When I bought the car it had 53,000 miles on it and was almost stock, aside from BR 3" TBE and an HKS BOV. The car had crappy tint on the windows also, so I got them redone (with 30% all around)shortly after I bought the car. Next thing that I did was put my 18s on it and all carbon fiber badges, including the UK badge. The latest things that I have done to it are, MR style tails, Greddy turbo timer, Stewart Warner gauges, K&N filter, Brian Crower 272/272 cams, Greddy FMIC and lower intercooler pipes. I know a bunch of you are going to say lower it, but that is getting worked on, lol. I kind of want to do a little more research before I buy anything. Was the front end repainted because it looks like you don't have any rock chips?

There is rock chips, lol hard to see from my pics, but hood and bumper both have rock chips. Makes me hate idiots who tailgate.

 

I know man! Exactly what I thought, the guy I got it from was an extremely nice guy btw.

 

Gotta love Boxers man. He's 2 years old, and weighs 72lbs. and is a complete spaz, lol. Do yours also spaz all the time?

Lol, thanks MitsuJDM. I am the 3rd owner of it, and it is a factory turbo car 4g61t. It is getting a 4g63 in it soon. The shortblock is sitting on the stand awaiting the head to be attached, then all hang ons. I noticed that you have one too? What year model?

 

hey, where did you get the rear mitsubishi emblem? nice car BTW!

 

I got it off of Ebay. I did a quick search on there and this is the exact same emblem, seller, and everything. Here is the link.
