Carlos's work is effing awesome in all these pics. Definitely sending him all my stuff from California. You can tell he has attention to detail and in the world of powdercoaters, at least for me locally here there is none. I have had a set of wheels and a valve cover ruined by incompetent powder coaters and never again.

I am interested where you are getting new seals for the caliper halves? The word from Brembo about these was do not separate under any circumstance, and the seals are N.A. IIRC, there was something about the bolts for the caliper halves and not being able to retorque them... Has Brembo changed the tune they were singing? Have they released torques specs and part numbers for the caliper half seals?

What has been some experience with how the separated calipers have been holding up after being reassembled? Has anyone driven the snot out of them on the track after reassembly? How did they do with that? How do your coatings hold up to track temperatures, Carlos?

Personally, I am hoping for positive answers to all the above!! I have an extra set to be recoated, and I am hoping to recoat them with a thermal dispersant or the highest temp powdercoat possible. The thermal dispersant coatings also help shed dirt...and that can only help with brake dust.
