And I'm always looking for ways to upgrade the interior since that's the place where i feel the evo is really lacking. And I really didn't like how the seats and everything were black but the pillars and headliner were gray.
So here's what i ended up with.

My g/f just finshed stitching my visors.....

And here's some random shots of the interior:

All in all I think it turned out pretty well, but it was a true pain in the *** at time!

Well I did it all together and it took me 2 days. I think the headlights alone can be done in about 5-7 hours. You can easily get the lights off the car 30 minutes TOPS. Put them in the oven for 15 minutes. Taking them apart is probably an hour (only one fit in the oven at a time). Then painting is 2-4 hours depending on how long you let it dry after the last coat. Say another hour to put them back together and put them back on the car.
Doing the interior and the lights at the same time was no the best idea, as i kept getting distracted. So i think it actually took me LONGER than it would've have taken to just do one at a time.

Looks pretty good.
How did you (or your) girlfriend sew around the mirror insert of the visors?
$50.00 is pretty cheap for all that synthetic suede.
BTW, I would love to see somebody do a lighter colored suede; a color that may match the OEM light gray.
