Go with the 3m clear bra. You won't regret it!

Just bought one on eBay for $80 bucks shipped. Did a best offer and the guy accepted down from $95 + shipping.

My front end is done curing after a month + of repaint. Going to have a local guy do a full Menzerna + works over the car with a porter cable.

Then applying the 3M clear bra. I absolutely hate rock chips.

Get either clear bra or just use the painters tape..

Or if you really want you can get a leather bra for your car

In this link, is that just the hood covering and the front corners of the fenders? I can't tell what the different pieces are? Is the a bumper cover too?

Looks like the eBay link is just for the hood, fender, and mirrors.

Click on the picture links to see the layout:

The bumper protection would be another kit.

Pretty cheap price for the clearbra.

While the guy says it's genuine 3M, I would be very wary considering the price.

Also.....

I've had my clearbra for just over 2 years and it's been awesome; it allows you to drive the car the way it was meant to be driven (hard) and not worry about getting paint chips.

Are you going to be installing the clear bra yourself? or are you gonna have someone do it for you? because when I had the clear bra applied to my car, none of the installers would install a clear bra that was purchased from anyone but them and they overcharged for the clear bra by about $2-300 so I had a bodyshop that does all my paint work get someone to install it for me for a much cheaper price.

yea they have sold regular leather bras for evos, not too common, im sure its easy to put on and remove. i do remeber a review on clear bras, some brands start to yellow while others stay clear. there are options to have the clear bra cover the whole front half of your car to your door and windshield so u cant see a visible line that runs across your hood and fenders if your really picky. good luck

what does the paint look like when you take it off? Can you see the lines? Can someone post a picture of their car with it on?
