Some info for those interested in these. I got the 17x9 30 offset. Discount Tire Direct said they were 22lbs each, and I confirmed that with me+wheel on bathroom scale. I mounted Michelin Pilot Supersport 245/40-17 tires. Was curious how much room there would be in the rear. My last alignment was about -1.5* camber in rear. I removed the shock/spring assembly and pushed the wheel to full travel. My fenders are not rolled. There was still about 1cm of room left. Guessing it shouldn't be an issue if I go with 255/40 next time. Only went with 245 since the PSS is not available in 255.

Also, the front axle sticks out enough to where I can't get the center cap to fit on the front wheels. Thinking of a cure for that. Could just grind a tad of the axle down/dremel a bit of the center cap. Might end up going for a spacer+studs to change the handling depending on how I like the handling after the next couple of AX competitions.

Thank you, but I'm looking for 18's.

Just need to know if the 18x9 +30 will need spacers and rolled and/or pulled?

sorry to resurrect this thread but just wondering if anyone has tried these specs with the MB battles with a 245/40 or a 255/35?

i assume they clear the IX brembos & shocks/struts without a spacer?

I don't see why not.....

People have been running advan rs's in 18x9 +29's for years.

255's look good on a 9" rim.... You could get away with a 245.
