So ive got some cash ive been saving up and i didnt know what would be the next mod to do to my car and then i got a intersting idea. Any one ever see a dark purple evo before? i dont mean like some the skylines were i mean like nice royal purple like corvette. I just wanna see what people would think and also what would be the ball park for the paint job with out pulling the motor and doing all that stuff. Let me know what you guys think.

 

Price will vary based on where it is done and how it is done. Shops that do paint have very different ways of how they go about things. If you want it done right, with all the jams and such, you might be looking at $2,000 or so. Just what I have seen in my experience.

ive looked hard and didnt find any really. ill try to find a picture of the purple im talking about. 2000 with the jams isnt bad at all i was thinking it would be like 3000-3500 for some reason. Right now my car is Grey with slight metal flake in it. That how i would want it to look but purple instead.

I would say closer to $6000. Most paint jobs with nice quality paint is over $2000 not including door jambs.

this is my only looks mod so far everything else is to go faster lol. Im willing to go up to say 2800 but no more than that because then i could just get a bigger turbo lol. I might not even get the jams painted because Graphite Grey kind of has a purplish hue to it already and might actually look good. Ive always thought about putting all my parts decals in the door jams so they would be totally hidden untill i opened the door.

 

that super street evo is too pinky im talking like the purple that a tial wasgate is. Also i wouldnt do any body kits or anything like that just keep it oem with a carbon lip and hood and trunk no wing.

 

I like the decals in the doors idea. Both purples posted above look good, especially the Purple/Pink Kandy. I just wish you where willing to spend more and go with a Maziora purple. Just make sure that it really is a purple and no where near burghundy and you should be fine. That color is so fugly that it should be outlawed.
