yakima makes excellent quality roof racks and bike racks. this one looks very nice and i really like the suction cup design.

Um, what? How much was it? If you don't want to say on here please PM me. I could use a cheap alternative to the 650 dollar Porsche one...

It looks awesome and I imagine it holds great.

650 dollar Porsche ones?...pics?


The set was off some guy on the lotus forums....He stoped making them. It was about $200

Me too! But I did a few tests and they seem to be very strong. I stuck them both to a door and put all my weight on them. It held me up. i'm about 200lbs.

This is the best I can do... I tried google and couldn't find any so I had to go to Porsche. ~550 for the rack system ~50 for the snowboard/ski kit.



And, so a guy made the suction parts? It isn't yakima made?

Well good luck with those, not sure I would trust something like that custom made by some dude. Yakima makes a great window-seal clip rack that I had on the Evo that worked great, was easy to put on and remove, and didn't damage the body/paint at all...
