Upper IC pipe polished

Decided to see what Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish would do for the IC pipe, and to my surprise, I got a mirror-like finish. It took off the dull gray-ish look. Now all I need is the Samco hose kit. don't have pics, but it's a free dress up for your engine bay

I did the same exact thing about a month ago. I have a buffer wheel that i put on my drill and it took about five minutes. Makes the engine bay look alot better. I have a pic but dont know how to post it.

Sorry, don't have a dig camera. Someone with a camera and some Mother's please post a pic. You have to polish it several times. A lot of black residue comes off and leaves a mirror shine.

I wrapped heat shielding around all my intercooler pipes. Doesnt look so hot, but keeps the inlet temps down! Got the idea from Big Al.. lol I thought id never be saying this but thanks Al... lol

have any of you tried using wet/dry sandpaper and then polishing it with the red sticks from sears..... i did this to a bunch of my stuff on the 90gsx and the 98 and it comes out like a mirror....
