3+hrs of buffing and cleaning

I use auto glym super resin polish about once a month due to all the trees near me and auto glym extra gloss now and then (really like their products, though these days I only use the glass,resin and gloss)
2-3 times a yr I buff the whole car(as in this pic) with 3m perfect it swirl remover step 3 , it Is amazing(abd expensive but lasts awhile) with a black or yellow foam pad at 1000-14000rpms

Could'nt have done it with out 1
the autoglym I get when my uncle comes out from England, though ive seen a few on ebay and the internet.
As for the 3m, napa carries it I believe but its probaly cheaper online.
If $$ was'nt so tight I'd love to lower it and put a stage 1 on there.
all I have is an intake and a painted orbital kit with a kenwood nav/dvd...lame
