Heat it up and peal it off with your thumb or a good rag, when your down to the thinest of film....bug and tar remover works well. Just don't heat it up too much as you may hurt your pain and burn your fingers

Just use some gasoline or get some Goo Gone (available at all auto parts stores). Use a cotton ball and be sure to re-wax afterwards, these products strip it right off.

It's all about the Goo Gone. That stuff works wonders on taking crap like that off without damaging your paint.

DO NOT USE GASOLINE or any other fuel/alcohol..the paint is already weak as it is. Goo Gone would work ok, just use it sparingly on the rag and rinse afterwards.

Gasoline ...

i didn't have any goo gone, so i just used some WD-40. spray it on, let it soak a while and get ready for a little elbow grease.

redphage, there is nothing wrong with using gasoline, this is why you have a clearcoat! Hell Goo Gone is just another petroleum-based solvent. They all work on the same basis!

Additionally, as I stated above, re-wax or else.

I like Goo Gone... it smells like citrus, and it tastes good too.

Use it in place of Metamucil for that extra kick in the bathroom.

so to get the badges off initially, just heat the badges and peal, then use the GOO GONE to get the glue off?????
