That's an VIII ! No such thing as a 2005 IX! Still, a killer looking car!

 

i think the 05 ix's in japan have the viii front. it is RHD.

WRONG. there is no 05 IX, and no IX's have the 8 front end. the car has an APR widebody kit on it. it looks like one of the Tokyo Drift cars. same kit, same wing, and RHD....hmmmm. those cars were IX's with the 8 APR widebody kit because the kit for the IX's hadn't been released yet.

 

APR widebody for drifting on miner mod engine with wider tires ? WTF ????

 

They don't really need that much power... Most of those cars are 300-350whp which is alot when youre 2500-2600 lbs rwd sliding at 50+ mph.. We all know how little it takes to make mucho power.... Exhaust, boost controller and intake, this car is making probably 370+ on race gas.

This is going to be one very very reliable setup i would imagine.

Weird how they would make just 1 VIII with MIVEC (unless he just got the valve cover like a ricer ). Also could be an VIII with a IX swap for all the goodies...

Nice ride, just goes to show how capable these cars are! (and how important suspension is)
