I was at the track this weekend. I ran a 12.5 at 114 with a 1.9 60'. Do you have any pointers for me. I have a 5800 2 step. I just kept bogging out the hole This was my first time to the track in my evo 8. Just some info on my car. I put down 373 hp and 396 tq. Congrats on you times. Awesome job.

With that power you should be into the 11s. If you are reving to 5800, i dont understand how you bog at the line. My car loses traction lol. anyway, its all about practice

Tips, well... Dont dump the clutch. Practice slipping it more. When it hits 5800 let off the clutch to where you start barely moving then just slip it out and pop it off at the top. IF you dump the clutch you are going to bog down...

Thanks for the input. I will go to some test and tunes. I appreciate the help. I was told to run 25 psi tire pressure. I was at about 30 psi. What do you guys typically run.
