Gay, i hate firestone. I use them for my alignments. They always try to tell me that SOMETHING else is wrong with my car. Like they tried to get me to resurface my rotors for $300 an axel. like wtf

Firestones are franchised. Contact headquarters and let them know you're willing to let them rectify the situation before contacting the BBB (they are members) as well as contacting an attorney. Be very cordial and patient. Too bad you aren't a little more informed about ins. You should've waited till after finding out if Firestone will be forced to pay out. Now you're gonna have a claim on your record.

BTW, how is it possible to own a nice car and not do a walk around when picking it up from a franchised repair facility. Their employee turnaround is astronomical. Nobody there gives a rats *** about customer vehicles. I know. I used to run em. I won't even tell you how they test drove it. Any performance vehicle test drive = no bueno on your car. No kidding, no exceptions.

I go to Ntb and they do it for 3 yrs unlimited alignments . I like going there because they take care of your car since the manager there Autox's Cobras

Good luck on your claim hopefully they fix that and deduct pay on the bastard !
