Firestone Lifetime Alignment

I recently curb my rear passenger wheel which probably messed up the toe and caused my steering wheel to be crooked while driving. Its approximately 30 degrees to the right just to go straight. But I have the lifetime alignment with firestone and after I got it done yesterday I looked at the printouts and it looks like they only did the front wheels... My steering is still messed up and I need to get it fixed soon. So is firestone suppose to do a 4-wheel alignment or just the fronts?

you know they just do the toe and thats it.... I work at a place like firestone and if your alignment is not even out they move the mirrors a little and it throws the alignment off so they can sell it... Dont take your car to a place that sucks like that...

Most Firestone only set toe. Toe and Go they call it. I have the lifetime alignment too. I watch the tech everytime. It helps that I used to be an alignment tech.

I use only the local firestone shop for my alignment. I get the car realigned no less than once every month and they have no problems with my coilovers or setting them to exactly my specifications.

It's important that you tell them what you want rather than relying on their alignment computer's "recommendations". After all, they're not an evo shop. It's a rare thing that somebody comes in with a clear idea what they want done.

EDIT: and contrary to what people are claiming they DO set the camber (and even the caster if you've added a mechanism for adjustment). Again, the problem is that their specs for the evo specifies no camber adjustment up front. If you tell them where to adjustment bolt is or have camber plates, I've found they'll happily set it for you.
