Carbon Fiber is for Ricers!
I hate the term "dry carbon" What you mean to say is that the part has a high Fiber Volume Fraction (FVF) meaning that the proper ratio of carbon to resin was used in the laminate.
The less resin you use, the better the strength to weight ratio is, and ultimately the better your laminate is.
If you have a "dry" carbon part... it would mean that it has voids (places in the carbon laminate that were not saturated with resin)
