STM Ricer 2011 Rebuild Picture Thread
Last year was a great run for the Ricer, we had it on the street, took it out to dinner, a few local meets, couple car shows, plenty of trips to Ohio for the IDRC Sport Compact Nationals, 2010 Buschur DSM Shootout, it appeared in D-Sport magazine numerous times and finally ended with it's own spread in the December 2010 Issue.

780 HP Dyno Runs:

9.2 1/4 Mile:

And plenty more videos of it in action on STM's You tube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/STMtuned
With a best time of 9.27@156.14, and topping out the dyno graph at 787 HP... I do not have a hard time saying this is one of the most beautiful Evo's alive. Yes, alive.
Since 2005 when we purchased it brand new, this car went from a DSM replacement/dd to what it is today: STM Shop/Show/Drag Evo. Each year sporting a different set-up and different goals. This car is in a constant state of Evolution.
This is the oldest picture I have of it:

I believe I deleted any evidence that it ever had clear taillights! The VII's were the very first mod to this car, done at a Carlisle P&S 2005, in the grass. Couldn't wait.
I could fill in the blanks from then to now, but I have about 2000+ photos of this car, and not at all ashamed to say I look forward to taking 2000 more!
There are plenty here:

This is the most recent and detailed mod list I have for it (as listed in the December D-Sport 2010 Issue

The day the stock motor blew up... in 2007. She still ranks pretty high on the list for stock motor mph @ 142

Yes, same exact motor. Buschur's Top Secret 2.0. We sent it back to Buschur to have Dave look it over and make sure everything was ok... and she was just fine. Just put in some new head studs and gasket, new OEM oil pan, front cover... pretty much everything will be new again, but same pistons/rods. Same deal.
Currently Emery and Cory have their heads buried in the dash... upsidedown... on their backs.
Dave, I would love to see both run an 8. I hope i am lucky enough to witness both events in person!

The engine, like I said, is Buschur's Top Secret, Hardblock 2.0 Liter.
Emery thought about going dogbox, but it didn't happen. Will it? Time will tell.
The turbo is still up in the air also. you'll know for sure when I post a picture of it.
