the guys that dont know streets of willow are looking at two different tracks there,the silver evo is on streets going clockwise config and you can see horsethief mile in the background,the fastest track in the west is big willow the main track at the same venue,the most fun you will have with your pants on!SOW is probably the slowest track in so cal although still fun

 

yea the streets of willow is the smaller track, but the turns are very technical, oerfect for the evo

not necessarily running rich, if your running and aftermarket BOV and its venting to atmosphere (not recirculating) then spittin flames is not abnormal.
