Alright, in Jan I blew up my STi and decided to switch it up and swap teams. I just figured I'd put pics up of what I started with and where its at right now.

Looks great. Is that a tinted film that goes over the tail light?

 

Im not too sure yet on the whole team switch.... once i really start modding the car a little more and really get into it i'll see how I feel.

Yes the tail lights have vinyl tint over them, the same as the headlights

 

I like everything you have done except the yellow on the front headlights. Some cars it looks good on but really not feeling it with your setup.

Here is another pic of the tails on the car:


It is Lamin-X vinyl. Super easy to do with a wet application and a heat gun. Total time to get it done was roughly 30-40 min, from taking the tail lights out to having them back in.

 

yellow tint on the headlights, cf hood, and black out tails are overkill IMO.. but to each his own..

 

I hated the look of the stock tail lights, and decided the easiest was to just smoke them with vinyl instead of cutting them open to paint em, the headlights was a decision based on where and what i drive in... yellow helps out in junk weather conditions like fog and snow, since i do most of my traveling in the winter thru those exact conditions I went for it, and with the CF hood.... I got an AMAZING deal

 

Awful on the headlights with the yellow tint. Rest looks great!
