Mine popped off when I took it to a body shop. I can bring it back but it's pretty far and if it's an easy fix I'll just deal with it myself.

So the carpet is suppose to be glued onto the floor and that's what's suppose to hold the clip in place? My hook stayed on the carpet just fine, but the carpet is not attached to the floor at that spot anymore.
