Want to remove my front mitsu badge on evo 9....help
What's the best way to get rid of the mitsu emblem on the front bumper of my Evo 9? i heard that simply unscrewing the emblem leaves the outline in the grille. Where can I buy a replacement grille? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
its some funny bracket that is welded to the mess that the emblem bolts to and it pisses me off because it does show up in pictures depending on angle and light and whatnot...I know I've seen guys with Evo IX bumpers that have replace that mesh section before...
Honestly man you must have read my mind because I was just thinking about this yesterday...I have already taken off my emblem but the bracket that is left drives me crazy...(OCD haha) and like i said in my post above this I know I have seen Evo IX bumpers with that mesh section replaced...I wanna know where they got it from...

I rocked this for a while. I found that in certain angles of light, the bracket was noticeable. I re-painted it flat black so it wasn't as shiny... that was better, but I ended up just painting the mitsu emblem red and putting it back on after a few weeks.
i cut the support beam out... you rarely can see the holes in the mesh.
This pic shows the holes the best... no one has ever said anything or asked why its messed up. alot of ppl thought i got a whole new grille.
i personally think that the little holes in the mesh is 10000% better then having that support bar out in the open.
