Do we know a price on that bastid yet?

I'm looking at about 3 grand extra that is going to just fall in my lap. Apparently, I have been getting underpaid for the last half of a year and they just now noticed. I mean, I don't know how much this thing is, but I would probably pay premium just to get it and test fit it, even if it is unknown to fit the Evo8. If that doesn't get some of the vendors attention.............grr.....Where's my signal flare?


Where can you find that splitter at? Either US or overseas, I don't care.

I found a site that sells it. About $500 before shipping.

Find someone who can translate for ya or just email them and hope for the best (like japanparts.com).

I am sending an email as soon as I get done with this post, but I had to tell you guys first.

I sent them an email about possibly buying three of these, if they can confirm they are a direct fit for the Evo 8. If they are undertain, I will buy one for me and then "test" it. If it doens't fit, I can always eBay the thing or sell it on here to someone with an Evo 7.

You guys are serious about this splitter, right? As soon as I find out what the dilly is from these guys, I'll get in touch with both of you and see fi you really want them or what.

I am pretty sure one of us is going to have this splitter pretty soon, if not both of us.

Looking at the 7's front, it is straight across the front between the headlamps, where the 8 comes to a point in the center. I am assuming this will fit, but will be hidden under the front bumper right in the center where ours comes to a point. Even with that, I think it will still look good. I don't want something that will increase the length of the front nose (like the Do Luck one would) but just add some subtle functionality.

This should be right up our alley.

What are you referring to? I am talking about the Monster Sport splitter... Last time I checked, color didn't matter to a piece of carbon fiber.

If you get pricing/ordering info for that piece, count me in. We just have to make sure it will clear the Evo VIII's front bumper.

Sorry for the bad news but the Monster C/F VII lip will NOT fit the VIII. Just have to wait and see if they make one for the VIII or get the Do Luck. The C/F intake will fit but beware it isn t a complete intake box only the top portion.
