Ok whats the point of this statement i dont think i was talking to you personally and the conversation me and the other dude were having he stating putting cheap seats in a car and i said you dont know me i have put several thousands into both those rides and i have more. had nothing to do with me saying i have more money than anybody else there are several people that put way more money into there evo then i have. my point was paying bride prices is crazy and will not make your car any safer if you get in a side impact. read before you post.
I just don't understand why anyone would pay what they do for an Evo, and then put cheap, replica parts on it. I don't give a **** how much money you have in your car. I'd rather have $5,000 worth of authentic, quality parts than $10,000 of cheap, replicated ****.
Maybe they aren't any safer, but a lot of more expensive seats are FIA approved, so we KNOW they are safe, however, you cannot say the same about cheaper alternatives.

you guys are arguing over the dumbest stuff. What do you consider cheap seats?? Like ebay seats? or corbeaus? because i know corbeaus are not popular and you can get them really cheap, but they do have to pass safety test. Do you honestly believe the cost of your brides is going to save you?! I gurantee in an accident if you have the brides over stock recaros it wouldnt mean anything. You would still get the same damage. Its not like safety is the main feature. brides are awesome, (except for hte whole 1 cusion for each buttcheek thing) but if they cost $300 instead of thousands. no one would even want them. Its just status.
