you guys are arguing over the dumbest stuff. What do you consider cheap seats?? Like ebay seats? or corbeaus? because i know corbeaus are not popular and you can get them really cheap, but they do have to pass safety test. Do you honestly believe the cost of your brides is going to save you?! I gurantee in an accident if you have the brides over stock recaros it wouldnt mean anything. You would still get the same damage. Its not like safety is the main feature. brides are awesome, (except for hte whole 1 cusion for each buttcheek thing) but if they cost $300 instead of thousands. no one would even want them. Its just status.
However, I would be a little more skeptical of a Bride replica seat breaking at the points where the seat meets the rails than I would be of that happening to a factory Recaro or an FIA approved race seat.
I never intended to offend anyone in here that feels differently, I guess some people just feel the need to take other peoples opinions personally.
