yeah, he said 4 mpg when you kane it, meaning 4 mpg when you are beating the crap out of it.

In that case, my evo now probably gets .5 mi/gal. Guess I should sell it since its impracticle for some peoples standards. Maybe I should get a vette??

I have also looked into this as well and it will be very expensive to have it converted to a street legal vehicle here in the US. But if you import it as a race car/toy then it will be a lot more doable. Hope you get it dude! It's by far a super sick ride!

there's no factory reliability when there's no factory.. warranty's done on that car, not that it would be honored in the us.. Great car though, kind of put the evo "on the map" for more public eyes.

factory warranty is out, but dealers still are able to sell warranty on any vehicle, including this one. For the comment on w/e page, the guy that said its about having more money in your account makes you better then everyone else, your stupid. Like seriously, you make evo owners look bad. I wish I could tell you what i really want to say but i cant. Money doesnt make anyone better then anyone. Anyway, nice car. Good luck on the purchase. Rare is nice.

Of course there is. It doesn't mattter if the warranty is out, the point is the car was built by Ralliart, not some hack job by a tooner in someone's back yard. If someone said an old Honda with 100,000 miles was "reliable" no one would bat an eyelash. Try to imagine that same reasoning could be applied to this vehicle.

I predict some genius will take the opportunity to inform me that an old stock Honda Civic is more reliable then a used Mitsu FQ-400. Pro tip - You missed my point.

Nice looking car, what are the differences between this evo and the others? Does it come stock with a bigger turbo?

Whether they bother you or not, those rims need to go. Its a nice car and a good find, although I honestly would not consider paying 87k for any Mitsubishi.
