Word. Especially for doing it in 5 hours...which includes dry time and uninstall and reinstall....plus the Beatrush undertray...

I used to work for the old circuit city as an Installation manager, so this kind of work is like second nature for me.

Thanks for the compliment

Ah yes, the beauty of Tarmac Black paint...well, the original Tarmac Black has a pearl color to it, but this front end was originally off of a wrecked white evo, so it was repainted. When the shop painted it, they painted it gloss black....which sucked, but maked it nice for touching up paint...

I used SEM plastic adhesion promoter, SEM Gloss Black Paint, SEM Clear Enamel.

I will be wet sanding it in a couple days....maybe.

Oh wow. Thanks for the compliment of having me hack away at your bumper first and foremost...

As far as cost, I have no idea. The issue would be the paint. As my front bumper was repainted gloss black, it was very simple to touch up. But other colors would probably be best re-sprayed.

I do have a buddy that owns a body shop, so I will get a price and see..

Before I did this to anyones, I want to see how this holds up. I didn't use a ton of fiberglass. One, to not add a bunch of weight to the nose of the car, and two, because I didnt feel it was necessary....time will tell.

As far as materials, they would be pretty cheap, just a lot of manual labor really, as most fiberglass/body work is.

I do have some relatives in the Wilmington and Salem NJ area......

I'll let you know the next time I am in the area.

Wow, 550....with materials being:

1 piece of 12x12 ABS, a soldering iron (thick tip), A small amount of Bondo, half a package of fiberglass matt, small amount of resin.

You can have the job done minus paint...

550 is crazy, maybe I need to get into the body work business on the side...damn, I could charge half of that and it would still be worth it probably...

I can see it now, now offering: On Site Nose Jobs (3-4 evos required per city)....who needs a custom tune when you can get a nose job!!!
