the outter layer of the body is cut up a few inches, while leaving the rear..

we then cut the inner fender into segments, and fold it over the outter.

after that, a super high quality fusor/epoxy is used to bond the two together for structural rigidity. This is the same agent we used to repair carbon fiber race car chassis.
