^^^ ur correct my friend... I picked up from japanparts.com ... The cost is about 30~ something dollars its varies with the currency exchange and about 13~ for shipping.

It got to my house in less than 7 days from shipment so im very satisfied. I know the perrin shorty is available for 20~ but the oem and jdm factor contributed to my decision...

Thanks for all the comments

I don't get it. I always loved the look of the factory antenna. Kinda looks like an RC/Rally car with it bouncing around.

I seriously doubt anyone but you will recognize the "JDM factor" of a measly antenna. I'd think most people would just assume it's an aftermarket piece or maybe an S2K piece.

^^^ your right... Ppl will more than likely not be able to tell the difference between this or that antenna...

Not what i was going for... To me it just more sense and spend 10~ more dollar and get an oem part that happens to be from japan, than another manufact's item thats all.. Thanks for your comment..

It always good to have a car that looks just a little different than the other aftermarket masses.

I say good job, glad your happy with it!

@borievoinitiald: I have stopped reading your sig.

Nice pictures of before and after. Doesn't look bad at all and I don't think its more of the JDM factor but a personal "thing" as how you want your car to look like.
