You will make a bit more Hp and torque right off the bat. I recommended a tune once you get all your exhaust and breathing bolt on's. What other mods do you have and did your new toy come with a new LICP and UICP?

I have the same one in my car .. came with it when i bought it...

 

Installation was pretty easy... everything thing bolted straight up.
