I had a block come to me with messed up threads in the head bolt holes.

So I made a set of 1st get DSM L19's work, there 12mm not 11mm like stock EVO.
I drilled the block, helicoiled it and clearanced the head by hand.

Ran 3/8 fuel line to the rail, so I built this and drilled out the rail to 3/8 also.

I just picked up my car from Dent Sport Garage (DSG) in Norwood, MA. Bill over there just finished making my full titanium exhaust. It is from the downpipe back so there is no cat or resonator. He also back purged the whole exhaust while he was welding to make sure the welds we solid and very strong. I track this car a lot so there is a lot of heat and he did not want the welds to break. The whole exhaust weights only 8lbs that is including the handmade muffler. That is 36.2lbs lighter then the stock Evo X exhaust. Also it is 2lbs lighter then the new Tomei exhaust and that is only a catback. Lastly I got a retune from their tuner Matt who did a great job at making the car much smoother and more powerful. It pulls extremely hard now and really kicks some a**. I don't have the dyno sheet on me know now, but with my only "power mod" being an AMS downpipe and this exhaust I made 290 ft/lbs and 260hp. My car stock with no tune made 190 hp and around 200 ft/lb. So this is a huge improvement from stock. Their dyno is a Dyno Dynamics so it is very "low reading."

Anyway here are some pictures of what the exhaust looks like. The only thing that I think we are going to change is the tip to a turn down like the Tomei S2000 Ti Exhaust, but it will be pie cut and look cooler.

The442GTO,
That is an impressive custom exhaust! WOW!
Not many people can weld Ti. Dentsport looks to have done an impeccable job!
