Before my car got smashed earlier this week, it had a great finish. Mother's wax is the best stuff my dad and I have ever tried. All I know is that it works really well and it is clearcoat safe.

Re: Dumb car wax question

Get the clear coat polish Z2 and the ZFX (a lot less waiting between coats).

I suggest you get the ZFX, Z-2, Z-5, Z-6, Z-7, and some polish applicators.

Meguairs is decent, but i hear Ziano is better. I have a box of their products waiting to be put on the EVO.

From the 5 body shops ive asked, i hear Mothers, like Turtle Wax, is poor man's wax especially compared to Meguairs or Ziano. They have good mag wheel polish though

Ziano. It is that good. Just buy it. Ill buy it off of you if you hate it. How's that for a warranty?

Its all i will ever use on my cars from now on.

Zaino is the best. I have used the Zymol on my NSX 1 time because of this http://www.zymol.com/nsx2.htm It is not that great. They do have wax for $1600 for the bling bling folks, it's cool you put it on your hands and rub it on the car, what a mess. If price does not matter I still go with Zaino, buy the kit for 80-90$ and use it, also use the white towels like he says I think they are fields they work great. And use the spray stuff between wax coats.
