Hey here is a whole Evo7 that's in pieces and it has the same dash set up. Maybe import a front clip to get it but it's rhd so you would have all the componets to make a rhd and the sweet dash too. Hopefully that link works.

It's OEM, I'm 110% sure, I wanted to do that to my car ut it came only on RHD evos (7, and 8 maybe) hence the tape player (evo 7 came out in 2001) It also has a cd/dvd player below. Pretty cool but I doubt it can be easily done, maybe if someone gets the whole front clip like the guy above posted and do a complete swap. I know it's more that just a screen, it shows the climate control options, temperature, etc etc, look it up on lancerregister.com, couple of guys over there talk about it.
Once again, it's OEM, not custom like some say.

this is really nice,some have posted its cassette and some say minidisc..i say its both..just look at the bottom 2 pics here they are different,i have a couple hundred minidiscs laying around here and would love to have this piece, Nice find guys

 

on a side note anyone know where to get the ralliart acd bezel and the lower volt oil boost one too, pictured in last pic?

You can find them on japanparts.com or ebay.uk for crazy prices, the 3 lower gauges go for over 1000 dollars, the main gauges I think are somewhere around 900 or so. Pretty crazy I know...
