I think your right, ive seen a pic of a evo with a dash just like that(dash and tv wise) and it was JDM

 

Yeah, look how clean it is done. No way a shop would make a custom hazard button or custom airvents lol. Plus it has the edm/jdm hvac controls. That car might be automatic too, look at the shiftknob; stock leather but different shape.

06 Ralliart has the hazard just like that. but on our driver side. Either way I want it, but with out the tape deck.
