Lightbulb Modified Evo IX

Hey,

I have been around on this forum for a while, whilst I was building the car, but this is my first thread.

My girlfriend decided she wanted an Evo so we began looking for one and finally found the right one. She wanted to modify it so we sat down and went through the parts she wanted and left me to deal with the build.

Before moving on props to those who helped with the build:

I really want to thank the guys over at CVR Motorsports for their great prices, excellent customer services and quick shipping - I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase parts for their Evo!

Car was put together by RAW Racing (Fort Lauderdale). I would also highly recommend them to anyone, Andres and Richie are great people and highly professional!

Further thanks to Rexspeed and HIDextra.com

Pics

Once all the parts were decided I sat down and photoshopped what the car would end up looking like:

If I'm being honest, I don't like it. I like clean and subtle looks though, which some people don't like. To each, his own.

i think the front bumper and hood are just too much. also not a fan of a cf trunk with a wing. other than that, not bad.

BUT it is not my car. it is your girlfriends. as long as she is happy, that's all that matters.

If you're into the clean and subtle look the car will not be too your liking - The exterior mods are all chosen by her and she is happy with it, which in my eyes is the most important thing with a modified car .. that the owner is happy with the end result.

I'm the lucky one - its her car and she paid for almost everything, all I had to do was organise the build and I get to drive it

Thanks for all the comments guys

Very nice. How is lifting the car in the air with the side skirt extensions?
