My evo ix rebuild thread!
Well i have to rebuild my motor, so im gonna post in pics here and keep it updated, i spun a rod bearing last summer and now its time to fix it, took some few photos last night of the begining
little bit empty with no motor
next thing is to remove everything of the block.

More photos after tonights work. I have never seen this happen to OEM crank. As you can see on the last pic there is a crack in cyl 4 wich caused the rod spun bearing..
can see here the eagle rod that the bearing spun
crank failure! can see the crack in the #4 cyl
i smashed it little bit with hammer didn´t matter the crank was allready ruind but it gave quickly eftir few hits.
