i got some 18x9.5 rota grids, 255/35 and im goin through the same **** to get them to look good, not as extreme as yours, but Ive gotten all the haterade i could ever want, served to me as well. I know in time and when i get everything fitted it will look all good. u like it and thats really all that matters, plus im sure its gonna look awsome when all the fitting work is done! keep us updated im ready to see progress on this thing!

what's the need of running 285 width tires? FYI Cyber Evo Japan runs 265 width tires and it handles like champ. Wider is not always better, overall balance makes it a better handling car. 285 is the right size for 10.5 inch rim, but this is not a right setup for evo.

It's one thing to fit big wheels and tires for a performance increase, but if you have to modify the suspension settings just to make them fit under the fenders then it's not worth the work.

People who do this to their cars don't realize that there cars would of been better off with some 18x9.5's like everybody run's and some proper camber settings front and rear.

Props for doing something different, but the only way this will turn out successful is if you go widebody or do some serious fab work on your stock fenders.
