R/TErnie's 2.2L 6262 Evo9 Build thread

Minor update lol. Its been a while.
I made 488whp and 426lb ft on E85.
I put in a twin pump setup (full blown) and FIC 1680cc injectors thanks to Aaron @ English Racing for hooking it up.
The car feels great except that the turbo surges and I have yet to get my part throttle/idle issues figured out.
I have the Evo 9 belt whine issue at the moment... I guess it needs a new timing belt... and maybe a new idler pulley.
Time to either rush the 2.2L together or... get a t-belt, water pump, etc for the 2.0L
I fixed my burnt out HID bulb... I bought a new set of HID's from hid-extra. They're super crappy compared to my old ones. They're both 35watt hid kits and look identical, however the light output is terrible.
I ordered 6k bulbs... I'm thinking maybe 5k would've been a better option. I'll have to keep looking for better HID kits. Evidently the digital ballasts are where its at, however the local HID slinger is out of them. bah.
I need to get an alignment on the car. I'm corner balancing the car today.... just need to get it somewhat dialed in since the Ohlins are on now

I switched from Mobil1 to Amsoil AMO 10w40 oil. I got mine from apagan on the forums here. I'm pretty stoked to make the switch.
I'm waiting for the new quartermaster street twin to come out so i can buy it. My exedy twin is on its last legs and I can't wait to make the switch
Maybe I'll replace the 2nd gear synchro while I'm in there. Lord knows I love pulling my gear box apart. It'll be interesting to see if my clearances/preloads have changed much since the last time I rebuilt it.
I really want to buy one of the BW EFR Turbos... 7670 to be honest. However I'm waiting for a new stock appearing turbo to be released that should make me a happy camper!

I want to see if I have pictures from my old turbo manifold from my '95 neon glh that you made. It was one of your earliest turbo manifolds, and looking back on it, it totally shows
