Well I kinda just played around with the prep work, but honestly I would say a total of 2-3 hours, stripping the paint, high pressure wash & blasting the remaining paint off, then prep for coating, baking takes about 10 minutes, then let it cool down and put it back on!

Let me know!

Yeap, I have an oven in my shop, which I only use for baking powder coated items in.

If any of you guys would be interested in getting anything power coated, shoot me a pm. (brackets, rims, i/c piping, ect)

If I can gain interest in the service, I will talk to the admins on becoming a supporting vendor of the forums. Let me know fellas!

It would be very affordable to do, and a quick turn around time!

It's all up to if you wanted to mask it off or not, no damage done if you didn't, matter of fact if you look at the factory painted valve cover, it has over spray in the spark plug holes, and oil cap surface, the most import part was to plug the screw holes, which in that case I did. You don't want to fill those holes in with powder, because then you are sh*t out of luck, while trying to reinstall.

Thanks.
