My new love :)
Well, after 4 years of wishing, stalking, and praying I'd own an Evo, the day finally came. On Saturday April 3rd at 2:00am I took off for my plane ride to Baltimore to pick up my 2005 WW Evo RS. It was love at first sight. After 1000 mile drive home and 47 hrs of no sleep I got her home. It was hard to walk away and not look at it over and over again before I went in the house. Next day she got a nice bath and cleaning. I have a lot planned for this car but I think I got a great deal for 17k, Now on to mods and pics.

Nice modification list!
Definitely change the BOV lol. What about also changing the turbo. If you read about the 64mm FP Reds, they have massive surge, so they redesigned it to an 80mm to prevent that issue. Just something to look into.
Best wishes.

THANKS everyone!
I have noticed some surge when boosting in 5th, seems if I let off the throttle quick enough it doesn't seem to surge. But turbo is on the list.
Thank you! I dont plan on driving it in the winter (which is 5 months out of the year) so the mileage should stay down
The rims are 17x9 (not sure of the offset) there is a 15mm spacer in the front to clear the stock brembos IIRC...

Great deal. Minus 47 hours of driving with no sleep... That's a bit sketchy, I can barely handle the 6 to Vegas. So congrats!
I still don't understand why people with winter beaters buy an Evo though... I'd buy RWD without even thinking if we didn't have the weather we have here. I'd probably have a hardtop turbo'd S.
