The Evo has 275/40/17s. Do you know the specs on his RPF1s? Fender mods? Does it rub? I know it's not an easy size to run with 18s.

My evo puts down in the mid 400 at the wheels no internals except cams and head studs

The enkies are 17x9 only come in one offset cant remember off the top of my head ,,using a 20mm custom built front spacer. the rears clear (but are rolled and pulled) easy with the occasional rub on a left hand sweeper with a HUGE bump in it .. fronts (rolled and pulled as well) rub on the fender liners a little under max turn in and brake ,,,,going up in ride height a 1/4 inch might solve that and at full lock they rub on the inside fender ,, great for lapping days ,, tight autox prob not so much

I have the 17x9 +22 enkei RPF1s on my nissan, It looks to be those as that is the lowest offset available in the 17x9. When you go up to 17x10 I believe the offset is +18. I have a set of those as well that I use on the rear of the nissan for drift, but Looks like the 17x9 would be optimal for the Evo. I just bought some spacers so i can try out my 17x9s on the evo (same bolt pattern as the nissan (114.3).
I was planning to run a 255 or POSSIBLY a 265 series tire though...275 is huge!

It looked to me that the driver of the evo let the driver of the viper pass. Also it looked like the evo could have pass the viper at any given moment at less until the one turn that locked the brakes up, but he still ended up right behind him again. Great video, but overall who won the viper or the evo?
