Is that a recirculated wastegate? That is soooo awesome. All of the greatness of a FF set up and none of the set backs.

Nope. The cust chose to use a 50mm synapse wg and a 60mm on the downpipe as a boost activated cut out for less back pressure on his 2.3l while maintaining a 3" exhaust.

I'll have a similar manifold and I'll be running ac on my evo. You just have to go with a half size radiator and condensor and custom ac lines.
