what is it called? or where can i get one. I had one on my s2000. its a steel/cf item which you can put at the bottom on the bumper, like the ones in the rally evo's where if u hit a curb with the bumper it doesn't damage ur bumper. Thanks guys

 

Try searching, there are a couple designs floating around.

 

You could be talking about a) a splitter which helps keep the front end glued at higher speeds, not for protection against body damage as you pointed out, they're mostly carbon or some lighter weight/brittle material or b) a skid plate, which is more like underbody armor, if you're talking about "rally evo's".
