the body shop said I needed a new door.
The truck that hit me left with not even a scratch.. WTF

He didnt even look back and reversed on me when I was just parked
at a curve trying to look for a health insurance building

Truck drivers are like that. They all drive like morons.

I can't tell you how many times me or friends have either been almost taken out by trucks, had trucks back into us, or side swipe us thinking they still had room.

Good luck getting it fixed, at least he didn't screw up your B pillar then you'd really be in a world of pain.

 

At least he didn't rock your front bumper or rear. It's "just" the rear door. If I HAD to choose a place to get hit, it would be there. You'll get it fixed and be fine in no time. Good luck.

Hopefully his insurance will pay for it, most of the time if its in a parking lot the damage will go 50/50, where you pay for yours, and he pays for his.

It kind of sucks, but that's how they do it now days.
