Went back to the track Friday night to a test and tune and i did not better my 9.78 time. The track prep was very bad and on some passes i was roasting my front tires. I adjusted tire pressures on the Hoosier QTPs, did burnouts and somehow i could not get my 60ft down where it was last week. The car was all over the place. I did a 9.8 and a couple 9.9s. Heres two videos that my buddy took of a 9.90 and a 9.97 pass. I know the car can go 9.6s the way it sits it just a matter of good track prep and that 60ft. You can barely see the times but i thought i would post up these 2 vids. Hopefully the weather holds up for a few more weeks and i can get a nice day and track prep is good. Stay tuned!! Yea its running real strong, cant wait till the next time out. The best time for the other black evo is 9.86@145. That is another customer car out of Strictly Modified. It was a good time. We are all axious to get back out there.

A little update guys! Im taking a break this weekend and going back next weekend and the following. I have been going to the track the last month basically and im pretty tired haha. Next week we plan to tweak some things and go back. Im hoping for a 9.6 pass or better, we will see how it goes. Im hoping the track conditions and the weather is decent. Ill keep everyone updated. Heres a quick pic of the car when i was bored after work.





Took this last picture cuz E85 is 2 miles from my house haha. When i was on 110 octane it took me 30 minutes to go get gas lol. This is a lot better

 

Just out of curiosity what do you think you would run on street tires with low tire psi of course?

 

To be honest i wanted to try to break a 9 sec pass on my Volks with BFG Drag Radials but i never had a chance to. On street tires i would like to hit a low 10 sec pass or better. Im gunna next year on the drag radial and see what is will do.

 

I would say low 10's considering it wouldn't hook for Sh*t!

 

Maybe the Hoosier Drag Radial but the BFG we will see haha. I dont know my QTP's I was roasting them at the track last time so i dont even wanna know what the BFGs will do haha
