I just sent them a message. It still shows that its waiting on a response from you. If you log in, look up top, it will say something like you have new disputes or whatever. Its in a little yellow bar, at least it is on mine. Hopefully that solves this... i just need for the payment to change from held to processed ... Either way, I will have the order processing completed.
