HIT AND FREAKING RUN.....

so dropping off my kidd at school. inside his classroom (wife is sitting inside the car). walk outside and see my wife running trying to catch the car.

so to my delight my wife wasn't paying attention since a friend's son looked lost and she did not get license plate, car information, information worthless but the crossing guard saw the kid get dropped off and vehicle sped away.

investigation is slacking so had to do it myself and caught up with the person today and snap shots of their license plates of their secondary vehicle.

 

man that sucks.. your gonna need another coat of spraypaint for the wheels. And insurance should cover everything else. I hope you were smart and did the police report..

I hate hit and runs.

P.S. License plate in the window is not cool anymore.

That sucks man. My friend had a hit and run 2 weeks ago also on his B5.5 Passat. Sucks man

I hope it gets all fixed and you don't have to pay!

 

If you end up suing, ask for punitive damages as well.

 

i have a license plate bracket but i was planning on doing it when i got my bumper taken off to get a paint job but this happened. sucks that i spent that much money and then that happens. it's always the case and had a feeling some stupid thing like this was going to happen.

keep your evos safe against people like i've encountered!

btw, i don't think you can sue for accidents in jersey. it's a no fault state and noone was hurt.

Damn that sucks man, thats Dirty Jerz for you ( I used to live there so I would know) I watched countless cars get hit and the people take off. A few times I was able to get the persons info and write it down and leave a note for whoever got hit.

Good luck with this person, I hope they get their *** handed to them, if you did file a report and the cops are involved leaving the scene is a serious offense and will wind up costing the person who hit you a whole lot more than manning up and apologizing and taking care of it the proper way with you.

Usually people who flee have no insurance especially in NJ because the premiums are out of control up there
