Well, i know, that evo community in Kiev is not so small and they have alot of great evo projects. What's about willages, it's not about a car, it's about money. Ex-USSR villages and small cities are really short on money, and according to the fact that cars here are like 1,5 way more expensive than in USA, and i'm not wondering that you didn't spotted and evo outside the capital city in the ukraine.
