It's easier since Zeitronix gauge is much thinner including only a single circuit board.

Thanks guys, I will take more pics of it in the car and working once i'm finished. I just need to weld in a bung for the sensor and finish up wiring the gauge. Never looked at the zeitronix gauge but if its like the aem i dont see why it wouldnt work as well.

The only thing that holds the gauge in there is the force of the faceplate pushing on it, correct? With the cutouts you make in the new piece though, I bet it is pretty tough for it to move around at all in there.

Can you please send me your template, I would love to do this over the winter!

Yeah the gauge stays pretty well put with just the clamping force from the bezel. However I am going to put a few dabs from a glue gun to make sure it stays there. The car isnt the smoothest riding car so I don't want it to move. I will post more pics/vids once its all said and done also of the ribbon cable.
