same process with opening the tail but i didn't black out my tail.

 

painting the outside lens becomes hazy after a while. thats what i didn't like about it.

 

so many good ideas. i wanna see outside painted black, i did that on my gsx a while back. after a wet sand they looked good. ..never paint over reverse lights..

These look pretty good, I kind of like the white trim around the edges opposed to the red that goes right to the edge on the EVO 7 tails.

 

I'd suggest buying another pair of 7 tails for insurance. I see them for $100

 

if i had time I would make another one.

 

i personally disassembled both head and tails. hardest part in my opinion is assembling it well enough to get zero condensation. even to this day i get some but now i dont care.

 

no paint.i got a red tint sheet and i just took me sweet *** time cuting the white part for the signal light..it took for ever but it came out banging..it was worth the effort..but i took da tails off the car thoe...

 

Sorry I meant buying another pair of 8 tails. I wish 7's for $100
